Fix a login problem

1. Recover your account using the Find your account page

  1. Go to the Find your account page at easyhyre.com/login/identify and follow the instructions. Make sure that you use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log in to your account.

  2. Search for the account that you want to recover. You can search for your account by name, email address or phone number.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to reset the password for your account.

2. trouble with logging in to account with your mobile number

If you're having trouble with logging in to account with your mobile number, try these tips:

  • Make sure that you enter your entire mobile phone number, including the country code.
  • Leave out any extra zeros, plus signs (+) or other special characters.
  • If you're still having trouble, you can try to recover your account:
  • Go to account.com/login/identify and follow the instructions.
  • Make sure that you use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log in to your account.

3. Unable to reset password because of password reset limit

Please check your email account's spam or junk folder for the email with a password reset link. In order to keep your account safe, we only let you request a new password a certain number of times each day. If you've reached this limit, you'll need to wait 24 hours before trying to reset your password again.
